My name is Michaella and I am the mama, doula, woman behind Ama (formerly Myboombra). I started this little business when I was in the thick of postpartum trenches with my first born.
I was so sensitive and hormonal and just wanted the fabrics and clothes on my skin to support me. To feel comfortable in my new body.
Breastfeeding for me what very intense and motherhood really forced me to slow down. Creating these intimates is my way of serving women, mothers, children in the way I really needed it.
I'm still learning about my body and how to talk to my kids about theirs. Stick around if you're feeling the pull for more intentional living.

She started her own Production house in Woodstock where she works with a small team who specialised in slow clothing manufacturing and working with natural fabrics like bamboo, cotton and linen.
