Customers may return goods within 10 days of receiving their order in exchange for another size or for a credit (online store gift voucher). This does not include underwear for hygiene reasons.
NOTE: We do not issue cash refunds on sale items, items purchased with a gift card or items purchased at Markets. These items can be exchanged for a different size or be credited with an online gift voucher.
*Please note that Myboombra store is owner-run, and exchanges can only be done if the returned items are sent to the following address (63 Loch Venus Road, Chapmans Bay Estate). Returns are only issued on garments that are unworn, unwashed, and have original swing tickets attached.
The shipping fee will not be included on your credit voucher or refund, the amount issued will be the value paid for the garment only.
Return shipping is at the cost and liability of the purchaser and the credit voucher or refund will only be issued once the goods have been received in good order.
In the very unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, due to our extremely strict quality control, the issue must be brought to our attention via email to myboombra@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods, accompanied by photo documentation to support a replacement claim. If the garment is confirmed defective, the defective garment must be in its original packaging, we will send a courier to collect the item. Once we receive the faulty item, we will issue a refund, or replace the item for you, at your choice. If you are not happy to receive a replacement for your damaged garment, we will give you a full cash refund.
